Over the past 12 months Robert has expanded the Bizad team to include a highly skilled development team of five experienced programmers and web developers. Robert has guided the team to complete a working model of Bizad (70% of all major systems, programs and functions) within 5 months and have now begun the preparations for the National launch. At launch, Robert will play a key role in carrying out Bizads' plan for marketing and growth.

Ben is an Architect by trade and a Director and co-founder of Bizad. Ben helped to create Bizads main concept; 'A website which is sectioned by each Australian municipality that enables people, business owners, organisations and councils to connect, see, interact and do what's local – all on the one platform and through any device'. Being a Director and co-founder of Bizad, Ben is also involved with all major decisions made for Bizad.

James currently manages Bizads finances and growth objectives. After launch it is expected that the site will grow quickly and James will be responsible for monitoring Bizads member count, financial status and data usage. From this James will create or adjust the forecasts, budgets and predictions for Bizad and also manage the sites infrastructure/capacity.

Tony is a Director of Bizad and has created the plan for launch, growth strategy, assisted with product development and will play a key role with Robert during the launch and growth phases of the site. After launch Tony will also be responsible for helping secure strategic business alliances to lay the foundations of Bizads' position in the marketplace.

Keira created Bizads website design for our National Launch and will continue to add corporate design into all aspects of the business. After launch Keira will also manage the marketing and design team and assist with future team growth and development.

Xin has managed Bizads development team to build the first model of the site including most major systems, programs, functions and applications which enables Bizad to be used on a national scale. From launch, Xin will continue to manage the development team and its future growth. Xin will also be responsible for ensuring that each new program, function or application the development team build is launched on time and exactly to specification.
