Earley’s professional experience has been focused on IT projects in Communications, Financial Services, Health Care and Chemical industries. With over 24 years combined experience in project management, process facilitation, communications, and training management, Tracey has implemented projects with budgets totaling $15-Million.

Darnley’s background includes 22 years experience as an Engineering Specialist with the Texas Department of Transportation. With a background in managing operations and budgets as high as $120-Million, Darnley’s knowledge of overseeing inspection of operations will be highly instrumental in developing client services and procedures for BITTER BRASS.

LaVerne is currently a 2017 doctoral candidate in Organizational Development, Leadership emphasis at Grand Canyon University, Phoenix Arizona. Also holds Masters Degree in Criminal Justice/Law from Kaplan University and a Bachelors of Science degree from SUNY College at New Paltz NY. She will manage human capital for BITTER BRASS. She is a member of Alpha Phi Sigma National Criminal Justice Honor Society, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated.
