Bitcoin to Kenyan Shilling Exchange : Simplifying international remittances, business payments, NGO donations, and diaspora invesments
We aim to be the first regulated Bitcoin to local African currency exchange that allows direct bank deposits. Kenya is the 2nd largest remittance market in sub-Saharan Africa, with over $1.2B sent annually from diaspora and businesses abroad. Average fees for these transfers are 9% and can take days to clear. The efficiencies of digital currency protocol can be used to streamline these transfers and enable more international payments.
