BiteDeck are entering the market with our sole product, the automatic wireless HACCP system which covers record keeping, audits, specifications and training. This meets the needs of the client to completely manage their legally required HACCP system directly from this one application and removes all human error and save money by releasing staff from completing the checks manually, which can be a time consuming process.

    Jason has six years’ experience within the food and beverage industry. He was promoted to Restaurant Manager by the age of 20. He was on the path to becoming a Cluster Manager two years after receiving the Restaurant Manager promotion. This demonstrates his strive and determination for business and managed to achieve record breaking results each year within his outlets. Jason also holds an accredited CIEH Level 4 in Food Safety qualification.
