    Joined BioPet in December, 2008.Served as the President of EDP Biotech Corporation from 2005 to 2008. Vice President with Fifth Third Bank’s Structured Finance Group 2000 to 2005. From 1997 to 2000, he was a Senior Vice President with First American Bank’s Corporate Lending Group. From 1990 to 1997, held various positions with the National Bank of Canada, including the position of Vice President of the U.S. Corporate Lending Group.

    Chief Administrative Officer

    Ms. Retinger received a BA degree in Elementary Education from Emory and Henry College in 1976 and an ABS in Computer from Draughon’s Junior College in 1980. She was employed by Fi-Shock, Inc. for 25 years where she served in many capacities, including Corporate Secretary and Treasurer, Vice President of Administration, Chief Administrative Officer, and President.
