Company Summary
The start up consists in bioconvert the coffee waste into flour. For coffee production, the fruit (known as coffee cherry) from the coffee plant is picked and just the seed inside is used to produce the popular coffee drink. The outer layer, known as coffee pulp is normally wasted, even without considering that it has as many nutritional properties as the drink itself. This is why the usage of this product is revolutionizing the coffee industry.
