Tariq was most recently CMO for Efinancial and Fidelity Life (Est. 1896). Previous to that he was VP of Innovation, Insights and Analytics on Team Microsoft – Wunderman Network (WPP). Tariq is a growth hacker and his claim to fame was when he helped grow the loan volume of Ameriquest from $20 billion a month to $200 million (10,000% growth) when leading Direct Response Strategy and Advanced Analytics for DDB Worldwide (in 10 years at Omnicom).

Damon has a BBA and Master of Science from Hofstra and holds a Master Certificate in from Cornell in HR. Damon started his career at Xerox, followed by Heidrick & Struggles & then went on to become Managing Director of North America for PassCall Advanced Technologies. He next became VP at CBS Marketwatch and was in charge of their content licensing division. Most recently he lead the talent acquisition efforts for Fidelity Life & Efinancial.
