Kevin spent 16 years at Cook Spring Company (Florida). During his tenure at Cook, he was mainly responsible for Sales + IT Administration of the company. He brings to BIONI an excellent network of clients located mainly in North, South & Central America. He has been directly involved in organizing agreements with many high caliber accounts such as Johnson & Johnson, Stryker Medical, Tyco Healthcare, General Electric, & Cutler Hammer (Eaton).

As part of Lufthansa Cargo’s Industry Account Management, he speared a global “direct sales” approach in freight transport, which – similar to the paint industry - is dominated by middlemen/distributors of the core service/product. As MD for a Holding Company in the German RWTÜV organization, he was in charge of maintaining + growing the group’s investment portfolio. Jens holds a Ing. degree (MSc.) and an MBA from Ashridge Management College, UK.

Tomas was co-founder of Moravia Capital AG (Switzerland), a corporate finance and private equity advisory firm. Before Moravia, Tomas was managing director at GFKL (a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs International). Tomas worked at Steag AG (IPP in Germany) and at Henkel (Germany). He has been a part of various high-caliber delegations supporting the German government, including one to the Middle East, with Germany’s former Chancellor Gerhard Schroede
