Dr. Ray Browning the CEO and is a full-time employee of Biomotum. Ray is an entrepreneur, innovator and clinical researcher with 30 years leadership and product development experience in startups to Fortune 100 companies. Ray has been involved in several health-related start-ups and has extensive experience with NIH SBIR phase I and II grants. He is also a 7-time Ironman triathlon winner with an appetite for adventure.

Dr. Zach Lerner is the CSO and is part-time. Zach is the inventor of our devices and is an associate professor at Northern Arizona Univ. with an appointment in the Dept. of Orthopedics, Univ. of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix. Dr. Lerner is an international authority on wearable robotics and mobility with over 10 years of bioengineering experience. Zach is a skilled researcher and the recipient of several large NIH grants.

Aaron has over 25 years of product development experience as an employee of HP, Nike and Rivian. He was responsible for creating the first "smart" footwear for Nike and has lead engineering teams focused on delivering innovative products to market. Aaron is leading the product development, including the management of external vendors.
