Privately owned and MA based, we were founded in 2012 to develop convenient, economical, and secure solutions to problems in human identification using biometric recognition technologies (face/voice/iris). We use the view from a webcam to confirm identities of individuals working on computers and proctor online tests. Other applications provide access to devices, apps, websites, and enterprise systems by confirming “you are who you say you are.”

He has served on many STEM-related boards and task forces, and as a trustee of UMass/Memorial Health Care and the Dibner Institute for the History of Science & Technology (MIT). Currently a director of the Mass Education Finance Authority.
