After spending more than 10 years working for other people, Tamara took a leap of faith and started her own marketing agency in 2002 and has not looked back. Tamara has worked with international brands such as DIRECTV, Anheuser-Busch and CareerBuilder to develop and execute marketing campaigns around the globe. But it’s her family history of mental health issues that drives her to make her latest company, BioLaetum, a success.

Mr. Benz has led the financial and administrative functions of a variety of companies. He's been responsible for a variety of areas including finance, accounting, treasury, tax, information technology, legal and human resources, as well as SEC compliance and reporting, public and private financing, investment banking and investor relations. He's taken two companies public and has been responsible for a number of follow-on equity offerings.

Fred has spent his entire career in operations. He is an expert at bringing together vendors and teams to create innovative products. Fred has global experience in manufacturing, procurement, packaging design, fulfillment, R&D, regulatory compliance, strategic planning and cost management. He also has extensive knowledge of the supplement and nutraceutical industry, working to create new product lines for a variety of clients.
