    Scott R. Bromley also co-founded Bioheart, Inc. in 1999 and took it public in 2009. In 1986, he co-founded World Medical Corp. which merged with AVE in 1998 & was acquired by Medtronic, Inc. in early 1999. Mr. Bromley has over 25 years experience in the healthcare & medical device industry, involving the development of medical products, creation of marketing plans, quantification of markets and collateral materials.
