Ms. Fox has 30 years experience in direct-to-consumer electronic product sales and business-to-business services. She started and sold two businesses –an early retail office supply warehouse which merged into OfficeMax, and a satellite dish, cable and video rental business, later sold to Sound Warehouse. Ms. Fox earned her BS in Accounting at the University of Texas, Austin, and her M.B.A. at Texas Christian University, Fort Worth.

Mr. Weston has 23 years executive leadership in marketing, sales and management of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He held positions at Navigant Biotech, Gambro and Searle (Pfizer), commercializing blockbusters Celebrex and Arthrotec. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Denver, and a B.A. in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado.
