    Dr Baghaei-Yazdi is the company's Chief Technology Officer. He is an Imperial College graduate (PhD) with over 20 years experience and research into fermentation systems using thermophillic technology. Winner of the prestigious 1993 French Cereal Prize for his research on the thermophilic ethanol fermentation process, he is very highly regarded in the industry.

    Dr Javed is the company's Chief Scientific Officer. He is an Imperial College graduate (PhD) with over 20 years post graduate experience in thermophillic technology. He is very highly regarded in this field with extensive experience in thermophillic strain isolation, strain screening, strain improvement, and fermentation studies of thermophilic micro organisms. Dr Javed is a co-author of a number of publications and patents.

    Malcolm is the company's finance director. His experience includes finance director for a number of companies including Lotus Development (now part of IBM), SD Scicon (seeing growth from £1m to £300m - now part of EDS). For the past 10 years he has concentrated on start-ups in particular as part of a portfolio of clients. Having qualified as an accountant in 1977, Malcolm brings a wealth of experience at Board level to high growth companies.
