Rick has a commerce / technology degree from Curtin University Perth WA. Rick worked in the UK Biotech industry for several years as a software engineer in research and production environments.
Since then he has been involved in taxation, telecommunications and plant based agriculture, specialising in innovative projects and startups.
Rick has been commercialising R&D outcomes since 2000 winning Best Communications solution in Australia in 2004.

Sandy has a broad background in IP, regulatory and new product development in the dietary supplement industry.
Dr. Xiaoming “Sandy” Chien received her Ph.D from University of California, Santa Barbara in Materials. Her main research was in multistep organic synthesis of conducting polymers. She collaborated with Alan Heegar who received the Nobel Prize for Chemistry in 2000 and published papers in many peer-reviewed journals.

Eric has over 40 years experience in financial and accounting based business. He specialises in taxation, client management and R&D tax incentive programs.
He has excellent skills and background knowledge in numerous international markets and a strong comprehension of financial & commercial strategies.
Eric has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, holds a CPA fellowship & Chartered Tax Advisor status with the Taxation Institute of Australia.
