Samah Abdel Baki, MD is the Chief Medical Officer at BSG. He brings 4 years of clinical practice in the Emergency Department as well as a strong background in research to the BSG team. His research establishing a multi-drug regimen to treat cognitive deficits post experimental traumatic brain injury has been cited by the US Army as one of the most outstanding research projects funded by the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs.

André Fenton (PhD), a BSG founder and the President, is Professor of Neural Science at the Center for Neural Science at New York University. Recently, Dr. Fenton used BSG’s ITS (Interactive Tracking System) to identify PKMζ as the first molecular mechanism of long-term memory storage (Pastalkova et al., 2006). This work was recognized by Science as one of 10 major breakthroughs in 2006.
