Joshua Waldman, is a co-founder and President/CEO of Billy. He was brought on to lead the growth of the U.S. market. Joshua holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has founded several of his own companies. He is also a published writer and international speaker.Billy also employs five other team-members, whose responsibilities range from customer support to software development.

Toke Kruse, is the founder of Billy and has over 15 years of experience with startups, He exited one past startup company that was acquired for multi-millions of dollars. His day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the strategic direction of the company and working with developers to continue building out future functionality.
