Even though many of the major US banks offer bill pay as a service to their customers, much of this is focused on the larger merchants and only offers a limited service on the presentment side. There is therefore huge scope for a new, integrated, user-friendly and streamlined online bill presentment and payment option in the US market, which is designed for the merchant (small, medium and large) rather than the consumer.
