We provide over 20yrs. teaching experience for Beginner's Yoga classes. We work with many types of people. Chemotherapy, radiation, cancer survivors; myself the owner as one. Many sports related injuries have reclaimed their freedom to return to sport of choice pain free. Our range of students age from 11yrs to 73yrs young!
