Eric has worked closely with ventured backed start-ups and mid-sized
companies advising owner-entrepreneurs on transactions in the
U.S., Latin America and Europe. Eric has worked on deals spanning from
technology, specialty retail, internet, publishing to consumer
products, financial services, and logistics, among others. Eric holds a Bachelors
Degree of Science with a double major in Economics and Finance from
the Stern School of NY University.

Industrial designer with over 5 years of experience in electronic engineering.
Agustin has worked closely in areas spanning from software programing,
interface development to project management and design. Augustin has
participated in nationwide competitions and has been awarded numerous times
for his designs. Agustin also served as Assistant Professor in The University of
Cordoba, dictating class of Industrial Design to senior college students.
