We specialise with the Recruitment & Placement of Persons with Disabilities into formal employment.We also ensure that their environments are accessible prior to placement by conducting accesibility audits however we also train employers& employees alike in terms of relating to this new employee who looks different to existing employees.This assist the company in achieving a diverse workforce, whilst creating jobs for persons with disabilities.
