She was a Co-Founder and General Manager of ADI Pediatric, a child-centered behavioral health and wellness practice in Arlington Heights, Illinois. She holds a B.S.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, an M.A. in Italian from Middlebury College, and an M.B.A. from the IESE Business School in Spain.

A former teacher leader at the Francis W. Parker School in Chicago where she served in elected and appointed positions as one of four staff members responsible for administering staff professional development, admissions, and hiring. Prior to Parker, Kate held teaching and leadership roles at North Shore Country Day and Park West Cooperative. Kate holds an M.Ed from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a B.A. in English from Kenyon College.

Former VP at CHS Capital in Chicago where he created the education investing practice. Served on the board at Royall, the leading direct marketer to college applicants. Treasurer at Namaste Charter School. Prior to CHS, with JH Whitney and TSG Capital in New York. A licensed attorney, Cameron holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania as well as J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Northwestern University.
