Peter spent 3 years on the USMLE Step One Committee & served on the Comprehensive Review of the USMLE, which overhauled physician licensing in the US. He also has 10 years of start-up, health policy, technology, and healthcare experience.

Roman Khmaladze serves as Chief Architect and Founding Partner. He has 16 years experience in Health Information Technology project management, enterprise-scale software architecture, data mining & modeling, development, deployment & support. Roman has a sharp focus on patient privacy & data security, in accordance with latest HIPAA regulations.

Howard Luks, MD serves as a Physician Advisor & Founding Partner. He is the Chief of Arthroscopy, & Sports Medicine & Orthopedics at New York Medical College and Westchester Medical Center. Dr. Luks is also a national speaker & principal at two companies, HJL20 & Symplur, that aid healthcare professionals in transitioning to a meaningful digital & social media presence.

Rand Ragusa is the Senior VP of Business Development & Co-Founder. He has held senior executive roles with four Silicon Valley start-ups (Infoseek.com, Freestyle Interactive, SurfaceArea.com, Sony Broadband) & has 16 years of technology & software sales, marketing, & business development experience.

Jeff Miller is the Senior Director of Account Services & a Founding Partner. Jeff helped to train & implement restaurant computer-based ordering systems before moving into healthcare in late 2009. He has over 10 years of customer service experience in multiple service-related industries.

Don has spent the last 25 years in sales & marketing roles for a variety of high-tech companies in healthcare, supply chain, & manufacturing. As VP of Sales & Business Development at Vocollect Healthcare, Don grew annual sales from $250,000 to $22.5 million in 4 years. Don attended the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a BA in Writing & an MBA from the Katz School of Business.
