Shane was BeTheBeast's initial sales person and has personally been responsible for closing 80% of the Company's clients. Serving as the face of the company, he has also been influential in establishing BeTheBeasts's product direction. Shane is a domain expert in youth sports having been a Div 1 scholarship athlete, elite player trainer and an event operator.

David brings over 21 years of development and technology management experience to BeTheBeast in his role as CTO. He has been responsible for numerous product launches in the sports industry both at Razorgator and OleOle. He brings a strong background in both desktop and mobile development.

Emily brings product management expertise, coming on board with 5 years of experience in aiding in the management of the most widely used CRM tool in college athletics. A former Division I athlete and coach, who won two national championships at Wake Forest University, has first hand knowledge of the collegiate recruiting experience from both sides of the process.

Barry is a CPA with over 30 years experience in both public and private accounting. Barry joined BeTheBeast, Inc in 2011. Barry is a graduate of Villanova University with a BS in Accounting. Barry was also a collegiate level athlete while at Villanova.

Mike brings a unique skill set to the BeTheBeast being both a successful technology entrepreneur and influential industry figure. He has guided 6 early stage companies to successful exits and was an executive in residence at Redpoint Ventures. Mike had a stint in the NFL, was elected to Villanova University's Hall of Fame in 1999, coached both HS & Club Basketball, served as an Athletic Director and founded a prominent High School prep school.
