We take future home buyers through the process of qualifying for a mortgage while renting them their future purchase for a set term. Clients include those who cannot qualify for a traditional mortgage, such as: recently divorced, new to Canada, no credit built up, bruised credit, and not enough saved up for a down payment. It is good for clients because they get to own their home up to 4 years before they could otherwise and repair credit.
