Chris has been designing and building SaaS platforms for nearly a decade. During his time at Geo.S.Bush &Co., Inc. Chris worked with customers such as Kroger, Jeld-Wen and Simplot, where it became obvious that any size company can benefit from today's web-based platforms. Chris used this insight to design and start VelaTrack, Inc and rateBridge, Inc., both web-based systems designed to help companies perform at the highest levels.

After years as a testing expert in the private sector, Dr. Rafilson co-founded I/O Solutions, Inc. to develop and administer employment tests nationwide. After over 20 years, he sold the firm. He has published over twenty exams and has implemented assessment processes for private sector and federal, state and county/municipal agencies. He serves as an expert for employment litigation cases and works with agencies under DOJ consent decrees.

Dr. Igou is an Associate Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Louisiana Tech University. He also serves as a managing supervisor for Applied Research for Organizational Solutions (AROS). He has over 27 years experience in employment testing, test development, psychometrics, statistics, and personnel legal issues.

Dr. Igou is also a member of the Board of Directors of the International Personnel Assessment Council (IPAC).
