Ulrik Soderstrom has a MS in Data Science, has worked in NOAA building hurricane forecasting algorithms and spent a few years with McKinsey and Company's Advanced Analytics practice across a number of industries, including supply chain optimization, customer analytics, procurement, M&A, and more. He is an avid member of On Deck Future Founders, YC Start up school, Launch House, and leads the McKinsey & Company Alumni Founders Network.

Carlos Gaitan has a PhD in Atmospheric Sciences, was a co-founder at Climate AI, and has worked directly with IoT hardware companies (Arable Labs) to understand the pain points surrounding weather of farmers and logistics companies. Carlos has almost two decades of climate and weather related experience.
