Eric Santos is the CEO, and co-founder, of Benchmark Intelligence. Eric previously worked at Decipher for 4 years and held various positions including customer success, sales and account management. He has worked with brands such as eBay, Salesforce, EA, and LinkedIn.

Eric previously cofounded Soshowise which won prize money from PayPal at HapiHack 2011. Eric also co-founded Dwibbles with Ken, a social media mgmt app that grew to 2,500 users.

Ken is in charge of engineering and development for Benchmark. Ken’s last position was as a full stack developer at Decipher. Ken was instrumental in building Decipher’s “Cross Tabs” product, which is the market research industry’s leading cross tabulation product.

Before that Ken was a full-stack developer at Ambassador, where he spearheaded a unified API from start to finish. Ken co-founded Dwibbles and Scheduly along with Eric.

Brandon is in charge of UX and design of the Benchmark’s product. Brandon was previously the lead UX designer at Decipher, and was one of three designers to pioneer the company's UX team. He created the platform's pattern library, which is a library of reusable UI components. Brandon received his B.S. in digital arts & design from Fullsail University.
