Vince has extensive professional experience in the information technology, banking, credit card and telecommunications industry which spans more than 10 years. Vince has filled include IT and business architecture, project management, strategy and market consulting, entrepreneurial business-building and business support/intelligence.

Born in Weliso (Ethiopia), Abrham Gulilat is the owner of Gulilat Holding B.V. a successful enterprise providing Telecom, Financial Solutions and Services to clients worldwide. Mr. Gulilat is co-founder of BelCash. Currently he is responsible for defining and execution of BelCash strategy in Africa.

Many experience in innovating technologies as well as innovative, fast work methods. Combine new technology with new tools to create differentiating products in short time spans. Many years of experience of working in changing teams, from single-site small 5-engineer teams to large 100+ multi-site, multi-cultural teams. Specialties: Innovation, IC infrastructure analysis, heterogeneous processor system design.

Responsible for production, increasing production capacity by driving efficiency and maintaining continuous improvement. Before joining BelCash, Mr. Becking has more than 10 years experience in embedded software development, predominantly in the area of mobile multimedia at companies such as Philips Consumer Electronics and NXP. He has had extended involvement in cutting edge multi-site, multi-disciplinary projects.

Mr. Alioune Diop is a graduate School of Business Management and has a background in banking where he worked as Account Manager for SNS Bank in Utrecht, The Netherlands. He proceeded on to a career in accounting as a financial controller for Ernst & Young where he was responsible for auditing. He joined BelCash as CFO and is responsible for managing the firm's financial accounts and commercial strategies.
