We have a price model set for businesses and one for indvidual's. Start-Ups just wanting a business plan to be made with target KPI we charge $200. For established businesses we have to do a business overview by being a couple days at the company. Upfront $500 and $50 per day. Usually it takes 3-5 days of operational analysis. We like to go into a company and see it first hand. We have one owner 2 partners and eventually want to have consultants.
