Most recently, she led the Eye cosmetics category for Rimmel London where she developed launch strategies for all US Eye launches, driving it to become the fastest growing brand in the US in 2011. Prior to Rimmel, Ritika worked at L'Oreal where she developed & executed go-to-market plans for the US. She received an MBA from Cornell University.

Hillary is a marketing expert with extensive experience in the beauty industry. Prior to Beauty Booked, she was Senior Brand Manager at L'Oreal, the #1 beauty company in the world. Her responsibilities included developing global brand strategy, conceptualizing new product ideas & managing multiple support teams. While working at L'Oreal, she launched 10 new products worth over $300mm in sales. Hillary received an MBA from London Business School.

Jeff is a technology expert with previous experience ranging from: CTO of 24/7 Real Media, VP of Networking at DoubleClick and VP of Operations at JvNCNET (John von Neumann Center Network at Princeton), connecting one of the original seven supercomputer nodes of the Internet.
