Beautiq is owned by Custom Exp, Inc., headed by CEO, Roger Sanchez, who has worked in the business side of the styling industry for three years. Roger is equipped with the experience and knowledge of operating and managing blow dry bars and full-service salons. The industry knowledge, experience, and partnerships accumulated by the owner has played a large impact on the beauty partnerships already established.

Lauren has an extensive background in the styling industry. Having worked under several elite stylists and going on to assist in the opening of several blow dry bars, she is equipped with necessary knowledge and beauty industry expertise.
