Mr. Roy is an experienced finance professional and serves as Beagle's CEO/CFO, having helped lead a successful $90+ million IPO for Airnet Systems, as well as working in corporate development and finance for many early-stage companies in the Columbus area. He is an active angel investor, and has been involved with the Ohio TechAngels since they were founded in 2004. He is the architect of Beagle's offering and also manages day-to-day finances.

Dr. Smith serves as Beagle's COO/CSO, having her PhD in Microbiology from The Ohio State University, with leadership experience as a Senior Scientist at Battelle Memorial Institute and as the Chief Scientist at Algaeventure Systems. She is a recognized expert in toxic algae, and developed the patented process that has led to the development of the PhycoPro ingredient. She now oversees the technical development of Cyantific Skin Care.
