Previous companies Nokia, NSN, Micronas. Before founding Beagard Markku was with Bluetooth accessory business in Nokia. Markku's passion to create new businesses and efficiently executing teams is eternal.

Erkki has 15 years of experience in business development, sales and partnering in VC and telecommunication businesses. Currently VP Investment at VTT Ventures. Erkki has held a multitude of commercial and strategic positions; from the lab to the board room, and all importantly as a founder. Prior VTT Ventures Erkki held key roles at Nokia and Nokia Ventures. Erkki is known for his strategic mind and passion to develop radical inventions.

As well as being a seasoned entrepreneur Hannu has 15 years of experience in advertising, marketing and brand development. Hannu has worked as a Creative Director, CMO, CEO and Development Director.
