He has proven C-suite management experience involving corporate strategy, licensing, finance, product evaluation and commercialization, strategic alliance management and corporate strategic planning.

Mr. Grimes has over 16-years of medical device/IVD marketing and in product R&D. He has hands-on experience in quality systems design, clinical trial designs & management, intellectual property development, grant writing, acquisitions, FDA regulations, and assay and new product development.
