    Antoine has held positions of responsibility within NGOs (Fondation de France, Médecins du Monde, Planète Urgence). He is also the co-founder of the Fundraisers Club, of the Committee on the Professional Code of Ethics, of Euconsult. He founded the Excel agency and TBWA\Non-Profit. He is currently the chairman of the CERPHI (Centre for Studies in Rhetoric, Philosophy and the History of Ideas) and Vice-President of Fair-Com.

    After having served as director of major international water projects, Ghislain joined BNPPARIBAS in 2001 and held positions in strategic vision, marketing and organisation, namely as deputy director of the card payment system review programme. Since 2003, he is the Founding Chairman of ‘Essential Conversations’, an international NGO that organises debates and art festivals around major societal issues.

    Alain has invested in and managed a number of companies involved in electronic payments and new technologies. He created the first loyalty card in France which, once sold to Laser, became the S’Miles card. He also worked as Client Marketing Director of the LVMH Group and was a consultant with Bain&Cie. He is the co-founder of Regefilms TMD, the only company involved in the post-consumer recycling of plastic film.

  • Dominique Dardel
    Member of the board in charge of communication

    Dominique began her career first at the National Assembly then at the Ministry for the Budget and the Ministry of Education, first as parliamentary attaché and later as Head of Communication. She namely worked as Director of Communication of the IFOP poll institute then as chief of staff of the French Minister for Research until 2005. In 2006, she founded AD-Convergence, an agency specialised in communication strategy and public affairs.

    After having worked as consultant in an international business law firm, Arnaud founded and managed a public affairs firm. Between 1997 and 2009, he managed the Jean Monnet Centre for Europe, an ‘Action Tank’ working closely with the European institutions. He worked on several occasions as external advisor with Mc Kinsey & Co. Arnaud is also a member of the Board of various think-tanks and an Expert for the European Commission.

  • Damien Chalret du Rieu
    Head of Development

    Damien is an entrepreneur who cofounded AGREGATOR (the first futures private equity fund) and VIADEO (a major social network which counts over 50 million members worldwide). Damien, who has a finance background, joined JP MORGAN Private Bank, specialised in identifying and launching high-potential projects. He is a graduate from the ESCP and holds a chair of law at the University of Salamanca.
