    Since 2011 I am a trainer/coach in breathing (buteyko) techniques. Being passionate about breathing I followed specialised trainings in yoga breathing, singing, public speaking and breathing to increase sport performances (oxygen advantage). In 2016 I obtained a certificate for stress and burnout coaching as well.
