Our live/work concept is a "new" idea, based on an "already" new idea! That is we're planning to create our live/work community to be an "Oasis". What we're offering the home-buyer/business owner/artist is quite unique based on what the public understands today. Our goal is to create live/work enviornments that feed the soul in every way possible by paying attention2 costs, health, evironmental beauty, & amenities; while keeping it all green.

    Attended The Center Of Creative Studies in Detroit 4 design including interior. Fashion design at Parson's Of New York; photography at Glen Fishback School of Photography in Sacto, Calif.

    I've overseen building of 4 multi-million dollar homes from ground up including land; completed interior; managed multi-million $ Trust: prior business owner; wholesale.

    Management Team

    Contractor for 20 years; furniture builder; manager for 750 seat restaurant;prior business owner & been in wholesale. Literally been selling since I was eight years old for my grandfather who raised horses for Hollywood sets, and my uncle who owned one of the largest western stores in Central Calif. I can talk to a post and this does me well.
