Company Summary

We provide Bayesian troubleshooting software. Unlike currently ubiquitous script based software, hated by customers, our product offers dynamic, data-driven interaction. We anticipate sales through licensing, and services, sold to organizations that provide technical support to customers. We have the technical know how, while our advisors have management experience. The funds will be sufficient to create the company, and secure venture capital.

    Co-founder

    Fourth year PhD student in Information Sciences at Pitt. Master’s degree in Information Science at Pitt (2008), Bs. in Information Engineering from KMITL, Thailand (2003). Working on probabilistic decision support systems. Worked as network engineer at True Corporation, Thailand. Experience in actual help desk environments, developing systems as described in this application since 2007.

  • Martinus Arnold de Jongh
    Co-founder

    Currently pursuing a PhD in Information Science at Pitt. Specializing in learning probabilistic models from data. Originally from the Netherlands, has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from TH Rijswijk (2003) and a master’s in Media & Knowledge Engineering from TU Delft (2007), has been involved in developing advanced speech recognition software and is currently a part of a team investigating social network analysis methods.
