Company Summary

Batemans Bay Brewing Co. will establish a brewpub on the waterfront at the newly developed Marina. This is a high profile location with high through traffic. We will present quality craft beer brewed on site with a collection of craft liquors, wines and ciders. Along with outstanding coffee and quality food offerings from our menu which sources the freshest local ingredients. BBBCo will aim to attract the local and tourist market

    Mark is a highly experienced and reputable, local small business owner and Primary School Teacher.

    Mark’s duties are financial management including accounts receivable/payable, payroll and taxation. Mark will also provide holiday/sick leave relief for Mark Walters and Hamish.

    Director and Front of House Manager

    Hamish has 10 years experience in hospitality and customer service. His previous positions include Maitre d, Restaurant Shift Manager, Bar Manager, Cellar Manager, Waiter, Barman, Barista, Cook and Kitchen Hand.

    Hamish’s duties will be performed in conjunction with Mark Rutter and include Front of House management, food purchasing and sales reconciliation.
