Brett is a nationally recognized strength and conditioning coach with nearly thirty years’ experience. He was the strength and conditioning coach for the Dallas Mavericks, University of Washington, plus many others. Brett has leveraged his extensive network of relationships to establish our brand with coaches and corporate sponsors. This has provided us great opportunities to secure sponsorship revenue and create brand recognition.

Martin has twenty years experience in software development, data analytics, statistics, and design team leadership. He has worked with Microsoft (6 years) and other corporations and has visibility to the best minds in the industry from which to build his team. Martin has a degree in economics and MHA from UW. Martin has been building engineering and product development teams for over 10 years. He has worked on commercial and enterprise products.
