Prior to co-founding BaseVenture, Kim served as the CFO of mFoundry, the industry pioneer and leader in mobile banking & payment solutions that was sold to FIS (NYSE:FIS) in 2013. Kim has more than 25 years of experience helping companies finance, grow, and monetize their business.

Craig Setera is the CTO of BaseVenture, leading all areas across technology, user experience, & engineering.

Craig is a professional architect and software developer, with over 25 years of experience across design, development, and delivery of client/server, distributed & enterprise systems. Previously, Craig was a Product Engineering lead at mFoundry.

Steve Lemmer leads our Product team, where he is responsible for all areas of product strategy, management and roadmap development.

Steve is an expert in all aspects of private fund management and administration, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to BaseVenture, Steve ran his own investment limited partnership for over 10 years, where he was the managing member of the general partnership and portfolio manager.

Tim Morrison is the Director of Engineering at BaseVenture, where he leads all areas of engineering & development of the FundManager.io platform.

Tim is a professional software developer and consultant with over 20 years of experience in the design, development and delivery of client/server, distributed, and e-commerce systems. Prior to BaseVenture, Tim was a Director of Product Engineering at mFoundry.

Chris Andraca is a Director at BaseVenture, with responsibility over Sales, Marketing and Client Services.

Chris brings over 20 years of leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, and Client Services spanning industries including software, marketing services, and consumer packaged goods. Prior to BaseVenture, Chris established and led the Mobile Account Management team at mFoundry.
