The Barnstorm driverless tractor system uses swarms of robotic compact utility tractors rather than massive tractors. Barnstorm was co-founded by Parker Wells, a highly experienced farmer with a 6,000 acre stead. His colleague, Mitchell London is a CMU alum who has been associated with CMU’s driverless vehicles & space robotics ventures. Barnstorm raised CA$1,000,000 in a seed round #1, and was awarded a CA350,000 government R&D grant.
