Joao Araujo has 25+ years in the footwear industry. As an importer, Right-Step distributed European made footwear to Canadian retailers. Following the introduction of footwear import quotas in Canada, Joao expanded the company’s activities into the United States through 1983-88. Between 1990 and 1995 Joao was CEO until the sale of the company ('95). Joao then started his own footwear company bringing European brands to the US. Rotman MBA.

Based in Italy, Carlo leads the Corporation’s technical operations for contract manufacturing and production. Previously having held both Managing Director and Technical Director positions in the rubber injection molding industry, Carlo was responsible for over 100 technical multi-million dollar projects for large corporations in Europe and Asia. Project work includes highly sophisticated, leading edge production projects for Chinese markets.
