He is Chairman, President & Founder of GovX, Inc., which operates the GovX.com ecommerce site.

Grant FarwellFounder CEO
Grant has developed a number of Web sites and small applications and has led the development of Barc’s social Web browsing application that began while a senior in college. Prior to developing Barc, he developed Zermer.com, a mini-application allowing StarCraft® users to activate an automated assistant that enhances their game playing and strategy.

Karen is an accomplished entrepreneur, executive and engineer. She is instrumental in leading both the strategic planning, administrative and product planning for Barc. Prior to joining Barc, Karen was President & CEO & member of the Board of Perseus Wireless, Inc., a security applications and Internet services company that enabled businesses to remotely monitor their homes and facilities. The company was acquired in 2007.

Mario leads the Company’s development and technical strategy. Prior to joining Barc, he was the Chief Architect at ClosingCorp where he oversaw technical strategy and critical development projects for this Internet company that operates Closing.com, SmartGFE and other services for large banks, other financial institutions and real estate Web sites. He was a software architect for NaSoft USA, a software development company.

Ryan AtkinsonCDO
Ryan leads the Company’s software development. Ryan leads the development and helps set technical strategy. Prior to joining Barc, Ryan was an IT Analyst with Shell Oil where he designed and implemented VBA systems, automated daily data validations and monthly reports, maintained Access and Oracle databases, finding and fixing database migration issues. Ryan previously worked with CHRISTUS Health as an independent consultant.
