Dean Munley assumes the responsibility as the Bandbox, LLC, company president. Mr. Munley is a New Jersey Institute of Technology School of Architecture. During his thirty-year career of project development, he has managed numerous multi-million dollar complex projects from planning, though permitting, design, construction and operations. Currently, Mr. Munley oversees financial management, helmet production and order fulfillment for the firm

Dr. Munley, as the vice-president, she is responsible for product design, sales and marketing. Dr. Munley has a BSCE from MIT, a MBA from the Columbia University and a PhD from NJIT in transportation. Her bicycle safety research has received commendations from the Federal Highway Authority. As the former Newark Manager of Traffic and SIgnals, she has previously managed a 50 plus person staff (both white collar and blue collar).
