Our distillery utilizes hand selected, heirloom grain varieties grown at a neighboring farm to create unique whiskey. While our whiskey ages, we generate cash from our onsite, regional and export focused craft brewery led by former DogfishHead Craft Ales Head Brewer. We currently export to Abu Dhabi/Dubai. All equipment and staff are cross utilized by our two production units providing higher margins and greater flexibility than our competitors.
