    Chris Ladd is a systems engineer with the software company NetIQ. He worked at the Texas Legislature and has been active in campaigns for 20 years. He is a GOP committeeman in DuPage Co, IL.

    Chris blogs for the Houston Chronicle, Washington Times and the Huffington Post, and has written for CNN contributor David Frum.

    BallotTree grew out of a project called LocalVoter in 2003. Last fall, Chris assembled some LV developers to build BallotTre
