We spoke to thousands of nurses across the U.S. and learned that they can't find shoes that look good and are comfortable. Most either wear clogs which cause falls or running shoes which cause chronic back pain.

Founded by former Nike leaders, Bala has developed proprietary design that will enable the 5 million US nurses to be comfortable and look great throughout their grueling 12 hour shifts.

Earlier in her career Caprice led Nike into sportswear, authoring Nike's first line of sportswear shoes.
