Born February 28, 1957, Tim and his family have spent over 65 yrs in the construction industry in the Bahamas. Tim is a licensed pilot and has experience in marine logistics, material & equipment procurement and delivery. Tim is interested in assisting with the management of the construction phase of this venture and to an ongoing temporary involvement operationally to assist with revenue generation.

Rob is British, a qualified and experienced auto and marine, gas and diesel mechanic; rob has several years boatyard experience working in all aspects of storage, maintenance and repair, age 33; Rob is keen to take responsibility for operating the boat lift and maintaining all operating plant/vehicles.

James is 48 yrs of age, Bahamian and has spent the majority of his working life in construction. He is local to Marsh Harbour, where the first yards will be developed and following his involvement in the construction phase of the first yard he will take responsibility for all yard operations.
